The SEVEN DEADLY SINS and SpongeBob SquarePants

There many kinds of sins like murder, adultery, stealing and etc., but there are sins that we called as the SEVEN DEADLY SIN or the cardinal sins or the capital vices. The seven deadly sins are the basic sins that lead us to all other. These are deadly in their own way, and once you give in to one of these the remaining 6 is very glad to enter your soul. The currently recognized version of this sins are usually given as anger, greed, sloth, anger, envy, lust and pride. Overcoming these things should be our life's work.

SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANT is an American animated television series created by animator Stephen Hillenburg. Much of the story centers in the adventure of the tittle character and his friend in a underwater city called the Bikini Bottom. The seven main character of the story is SpongeBob SquarePants, Patrick Star, Eugene Krab, Squidward Tentacles, Sandy Cheeks, Gary "The Snail", and Sheldon Plankton.
I am very fascinated when I am surfing the net and I came across to one article that is saying that Hillenburg actually based the characters in Spongebob in 7 deadly sins. I am watching this cartoon for years now and I don't have any idea about this until then. Below are the list of the character and their sin.

1.PATRICK STAR(sloth)-sloth is sin of being lazy, and unwilling to act. Its a failure to do things that one should do. Patrick is a very lazy starfish that lives under the rock and cry out sometimes. He always have this saliva hanging in his mouth. Sometimes in a series he intentionally lower his voice to let them know that talking is very hard and too much effort for him. And he is also given an award for "doing absolutely nothing longer than anyone else".

2.SQUIWARD TENTACLES(anger)- "SPONGEBOB!!!" we will always heard this word from the green squid yelling. Almost in all the series of spongebob, squidward is always angry almost to everyone. He have this very snobbish personality and a wrinkles in his forehead. He hate everyone specially Spongebob and Patrick because of their stupidity. He is a cashier in Krusty Krab but he always say that he hates his job and being there. He choose to play his clarinet inside done to socialized outside. He don't want to be around to somebody or even having a friend.

3.SHELDON PLANKTON(envy)-Plankton owns a restaurant called The Chump Bucket. but he is always envy with Mr. Krab wealth and good fortune. He is just a small monster but he always have a big plan for stealing the formula for Krabby Patty from his mortal enemy, Mr. Krab. In reality plankton is very peaceful, but here in Spongebob he is very jealous that turned him to became monster and evil. He is literally green with envy.

4.EUGENE KRAB(greed)- well now being greedy is pretty obvious to Mr.Krab, the dsires of money is always in his mind. Abusing the costumer in Krusty Krab and his employee Spongebob is his daily routine.
As I remember he sold Spongebob soul to for a penny, less than a dollar. And one time in a series he suffer a head injury just because of trying to grab a 10 cents in a garbage disposal. He even went robing the dead in the graveyard because he thought it is profitable. There are countless series showing that Mr. Krab will do anything for the money. He even rob the the whole room in a hotel including the wall just to show his greed. Convince? He even actually sang the power of greed in the series Selling Out.

5.SANDY CHEEKS(pride)- sandy is a squirrel lives in Bikini Bottom. Sandy takes a lot of pride of who she is and where she came from. She takes pride in the fact that she is from Texas, a mammal and a land creature and she let everyone knows it. She always let everybody think that she better in everything she never takes advice from anyone. There is one episode that she tried to prove that land critters are better than sea critter.

6.GARY"the SNAIL"(gluttony)- in years of watching Spongebob Id never notice the eating habit of Gary. At first glance you will think that Patrick is the glutton one,he is super lazy after all. But his eating habits pale in comparison to Gary, who does really nothing but eat. Ive notice few times Spongebob say "I gotta feed Gary" and or "don't forget to feed Gary". One time there an episode he literally forgot to feed Gary and he left Spongebob. Gluttony is the over-indulgence or over consumption of food, so this fit to Gary.

7.SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS(lust)- I know this one is pretty tricky, cause we all know lust is an desire of sex. Lust in one definition is "excessive love of others". I think this one works for SpongeBob, the fact that he love so much everyone. He shows his love of others with his over eagerness to do good and help other creature. Even others don't love him back he always shows that he care and do anything to make them happy, even sometime his life is put in danger. Some series show that SpongeBob was very depress when he is left by Gary or he is denied as friend by Patrick. And many times Squidward got angry with him because he try to make him happy.

Even though SpongBob Squarepants is associated with the deadly sins I will still watch the show. The fact that it is all about nautical non-sense makes it funny. I will just say that don't  let your children watch this regularly, maybe this is cartoon but this not good for children because this is not educational shows.

"BUT IN THE END WHAT YOU BELIEVE IS YOURS TO DECIDE."

CHICKENPOX: Prevention, Symptoms and Treatmeant

What is CHICKENPOX?

It is an infectious disease caused by the varicella zoster virus(VZV). Most cases occur in children under age 15 but older children and adults can get it. It spreads very easily from one child to another.

But also it can infect adult people specially those who never acquired it from there childhood. In my case I am 22 years old and I got infected from my sister. Even though some people have this once they can also be infected for the second  time, if the virus strained is different from the previous. This happen in a very rare cases.

Chickenpox is a airborne disease liked most of the viruses known to man. It can be spread easily by coughing or sneezing of the ill person or by the direct contact in the secretions from the rash.

What are the SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS that your infected?

The most obvious signs that you are infected is that a rash is start to appear one by one. An itchy rash spots like blister that is filled with cloudy water that can appear everywhere in your body. As Ive said everywhere you can possibly think of. It may appear in your face, eyelid, mouth, tongue, gums, ear, nose, scalp, palm, underarms, etc. Even at your genitals and some more sensitive part of your body. You will also suffer from nausea, fever, headache, muscle pain, sore throat and lose of appetite.

In my personal experience the symptoms came first is the headache then it is followed by a back pain then a fever. I suffer a slight fever for almost two days without the appearance of any rash. Aside from fever and a massive headache a lower body muscle pain is also adding to the problem, My limbs ache as long as the fever is there. And then sore throat makes my appetite losses.

Adults may have a more widespread rash, and longer fever; and are more likely to experience complications, such as varicella pneumonia.Chickenpox is rarely fatal, although it is generally more severe in adult males than in adult females or children. In my case Ive seen that my infections is much more severe than my two sisters. My rashes are doubled or tripled than them, much bigger and more spread.

What is the RISK OF SHINGLES?

Anyone who has had chickenpox is at risk for developing a skin condition called shingles (herpes zoster) later in life. That's because after an infection, remains inactive in nerve cells near the spinal cord and reactivates later as shingles, which can cause tingling, itching, or pain in one area of the body, followed by a rash with red bumps and blisters. And a very painful condition making it difficult to sleep.Fortunately, this is a rare occurrence in kids and teens who have healthy immune systems.

What are the POSSIBLE PREVENTION?

Now a days there is a vaccine available for the prevention of infection of varicella zoster virus (VZV).
In some country it is available and given free by the government. But if the government didn't provide the vaccine you can find it in a private sector.

The vaccine is 99% effective for the prevention varicella zoster virus (VZV). When an individuals is suffering from chickenpox, try to isolate, Contagion is by exposure to respiratory droplets, or direct contact with lesions, within a period lasting from three days prior to the onset of the rash, to four days after the onset of the rash.

What are the POSSIBLE TREATMENT?

Actually, there is no cure for varicella zoster virus (VZV). The only thing you can do is to ease the pain causing by the rash, The discomfort and the dealing with the rash is the most difficult thing when your infected. Staying inside your home will prevent the virus from spreading to others, Cutting your nails and if possibly wearing gloves will help not to have more complications liked a secondary infections cause by scratching. Taking a bath everyday or twice a day my help ease the discomfort and the itching. Staying in cool place and preventing your body heat rises and sweat will help a lot in the more comfortable stage.

The fever and the headache can be easily solved by drinking a analgesic/antipyritic medicine liked paracetamol. The doctors usually don't give the patient an antibiotic, but sometimes its given because of more severe and different bacterial infections occur. Antihistamine can also be take to threat the severe itching. Also, calamine lotion can be used also for the itching problem. You can purchase calamine lotion at your local drug store. Doctors also give a anti viral medicine dealing directly with the virus.

Aspirin is highly contraindicated in children younger than 16 years as it has been related with a potentially fatal condition known as Reye's Syndrome.

NOTE: If your in doubt that you or your child is having an infections call your doctor immediately. Ask them what is the right thing to do and the medicine you need. Do not just relay to this article. Remember that professional advice is important. Thank you!!!

Basic Sex Positon(rear entry)

This is a very basic sex position, many of us is very familiar with this. But I recommend to not to skip this. This will help you to master every single detail. This is the last part of my Basic Sex Position. The part 1 is the Basic Sex Position(facing your partner). We will be discussing here the basic sex position in a rear entry. The next topic I will be making is How To Find the G-spot. Watch out for that one.

lets start.

1 .CLASSIC REAR ENTRY/ KNEELING- A.k.a Doogy style. The most traditional version of the doggy style position is straightforward-position yourself so you're kneeling behind her. Inclose your penis and remain between her legs either leaning or upright over so your body so your body drapes over hers. It allows you to hit her G-spot(we will be talking about that soon) while stroking her clitoris, breasts, hair, and back. Just don't pet her like a dog.:) Try spanking her ass, but be careful don't do it hard, she might hit you back.

NOTE: Classic Rear Entry/ Kneeling pose is a perfect for hitting all her erogenous zone and deep penetration.

2.DOWNWARD DOG- is one of the best. Let her lie face down on the bed with her buttocks raised. Use a pillow to support her body so she can relax and enjoy your penetration. Entering her from behind, you'll be able to thrust deeper and strike the hard to reach  the pleasures zones just behind her vagina. The snug fit will make you feel larger than ever. Downward pose is perfect from getting into doggy style.

NOTE: Of course, you can always switch back to downward dog. Improvise!!!

3.BEN DOVER- essentially, Ben Dover position is standing Doggy style. It is extremely useful when you don't have much time and space. Remember Ben Dover when you are in lift, toilet, muddy woods, etc. If you can arrange it, it is helpful if your partner wears skirt or dress. One more thing it is more accessible if your partner don't wear panty. Stand behind her and have her bend over at the waist, keeping her upper body parallel to the floor. Hold her hips for support and penetrate from behind. Standing up gives you more thrusting power and allows you to caress her clitoris foe extra stimulation. She can find more support by putting her hands on the wall or tree. or some other person.( Be very careful with the last one.)

NOTE: Ben Dover is perfect, just perfect.:)

4. LAP DANCE- the lap dance position is one of the highest rated. Yet it is not used as it should be. Sit on a chair or the edge of the bed and have her sit on you, facing away. This keeps penetration mobility high and it's rear entry while remaining intimate is good for G-spot stimulation and lets her use her hands to stimulate the base of of your penis, your scrotum or your perineum. Also, your hands are free to caress her breasts and play with her  clitoris. Just do not squeeze pimples on her back.:)

NOTE: Lap Dance pose is perfect, for
putting her in the driver's seat! Enjoy the ride!

Basic Sex Position (facing your partner)

This is a very basic sex position, many of us is very familiar with this. But I recommend to not to skip this. This will help you to master every single detail. This will be the part one,we will talking here the pose facing your partner. WATCH OUT!!! for the part two..REAR ENTRY and the HOW TO FIND THE G-spot.

lets start...

1.MISSIONARY-the missionary position is the most common first position people try, which is probably related to its simplicity and the high level of intimacy experienced. To begin, spread the legs gently and lie on the top of her. Be very careful if you are much heavier than her. While supporting your weight on your elbows or hands, slide your erect penis into her, so its parallel to her vaginal walls.

NOTE: Missionary pose is perfect  for first-time sex

2.REVERSE MISSIONARY- the reverse missionary is like is exactly what it sounds like, the missionary position with her on top! Her legs are spread and yours are closer together. She supports her weight on her hands or elbows. Now you are the passive partner. She does all the work letting you to fully enjoy the ride! This pose gives you greater ejaculatory control and is ideal if she is much lighter than you.

NOTE: Reverse Missionary pose is perfect for awakening the devil in her.

3.WOMAN ASTRIDE- enter this position by getting into the reverse missionary position first ( I warned you not to skip poses) Then draw her knees up until she's in the kneeling position, straddling your hips and sitting  atop your pelvis. You get deeper penetration, full view of the action, can play with her breasts and touch her clitoris. This pose gives you east access to all sensuous  parts of  partner's body. Take  extra care and don't neglect any of them.

NOTE: Woman Astride pose is perfect for letting her dominate while maximizing your pleasure.

  4. WOMAN ASTRIDE 2- basically, the sane position as woman astride, but this time she is faces your toward your feet. Optionally, she can scrunch over you. The advantage for her is deeper penetration and feel of  of control. The benefit for you is that she can caress your thighs and scrotum, and you get a full view to her rear end.

NOTE: with Woman Astride/Facing away pose girl can't see you so you can peacefully fantasize about Cristine Reyes, new hottie from work or even your ex girlfriend.

5.SHOULDER HOLDER- enter this position by getting into missionary first. Lift her legs up on your shoulders, narrowing her vagina. Try to slide her feet down to your chest one foot on your pectoral muscles, and start her in a rocking side to side or up and down motion. you have great access to her G-spot ( I will be posting a blog about G-spot soon.) Make sure she's flexible enough before folding her in half. You don't want to break her :)

NOTE: This pose is perfect for woman who like to show off their flexibility(pole dancer, ballerinas and acrobat girl)

6.PRETZEL- this time you start from scratch. She lies on her right side. You kneel between her legs, curling her left leg around your left side and straddling her right leg. Use your hands to bring her toward you. You get the deep penetration of rear entry but maintain the face-to-face contact she loves. Don't fantasize of other girl as she might catch your absent look. Use Woman Astride/facing away or any rear entry pose.

NOTE: Pretzel pose is perfect for a long, pleasurable night.

...this is just a basic position. There is many advance position you can use. But do not underestimate the pleasure that can bring this to you, sometimes the basic is the best one. Try this with your partner tonight. Thank you.

Orchids and Flowering plant

This some of my favorite orchids and flowering plant. Ive found some of them and I took some pictures. I don't have professional camera so I just used my Canon PowerShot A2200 digital camera. By the way all the pictures you will see is taken from my father's garden.

Orchid Family is flowering plant with a colorful and fragrant blooms. It is diverse and widespread allover the planet. Many Orchids are found in a tropical forest. According to Wikipedia the name comes from the Greek ὄρχις (órkhis), literally meaning "testicle", because of the shape of the root.

This is a Peach and Fuchsia Vanda and one of my personal favorite. My fathers also love this orchids, he use to plant this back in the days. In this image you will see the mango tree in the middle of a rice field I used to hang-out there when I was a kid.

PEACH VANDA

FUCHSIA VANDA

This is a  Purple Orchid from Mindanao, Philippines. Some named this as Mindanao Orchids, this is a wild orchids. Some believes that its origin is from Mindanao region. You can grow this orchid easily, you don't need to give a special attention to this plant. There is only a very little known information about this plant.

MINDANAO ORCHIDS

This one here is a Pink Rose, I am not very sure what species of rose it belongs to. But maybe I think its one kind of Rose Bushes, I am really not sure. There are over 100 species of roses.  They grow a very large flower and showy, in colours ranging from white through yellows and reds. Most species are native to Asia, with smaller numbers native to Europe, North America, and northwest Africa.

PINK ROSE

My father called this orchid Yellow Dancing Lady, because if you will take a closer look you will see a group of lady-looking flowers that is wearing a dress with a long skirt. And they look like dancing. But in my picture It is not very visible. When I took this pictures the flower is not fully sprout. Wikipedia named this orchid as Oncidium and they gave hundreds of species. This one in mine is Oncidium flexuosum .

DANCING LADY ( ONCIDIUM FLEXUOSUM)

This one in here is a White and Red Dahlia, this is my most favorite. There are many species of dahlia, about 35 kind. This is native to Mexico and Central America. Some species grew its flower big as a dinner plate. The stem is very leafy, ranging from 30cm up to 2.5m height. This one I have is about 2m. This is one of the most common garden plant. But my father told me that this very hard to grow. It needs an extra care to flower it, And because of its height you will need support. The dahlias' flowers will not last very long.

WHITE DAHLIA

RED DAHLIA

The next images is a Orange and Yellow Daisy(Bellis perennis). Daisy are exceedingly large and widespread, they are closely related to aster and sunflower. They are classified as one family because of their similarity in petals. The name daisy is considered a corruption of "days' eye" and this was because the petals of daisy open at dawn and close at dusk. the petals of daisy can be eaten raw in salads, soups and sandwiches. It can also be use as a tea. As for vitamins supplements.

ORANGE DAISY

YELLOW DAISY

I am well aware that I don't gave the best and much detailed information about this flowers and orchids. But I know I have share a little idea with you guys. And I am very thankful you spent a little time reading this blog. By the way thank you Tatay Elad for your flowers.

Travel To BUHI, Camarines Sur: Its More Fun in The Philippines

If you want to be in a peaceful calm place for your vacation, Buhi, Camarines Sur is the place to be. Buhi is a small town in the province of Camarines Sur ( BICOL Region). Its very near in Naga City and Legazpi City.It is a 10 hour bus ride from Metro Manila by PhilTraCo and Elavil buses and other provincial busses. Almost 400 km in distance. But I assure you that your effort will be very worthy. The town of Buhi can offer you unlimited fun, very peaceful, and a sure place for relaxation.

There is a myth in Buhi about an GOLDEN BELL that is thrown away in the lake by the Christian Priest to protect it from the hand of the Filipino Guerrilla.

PAMUNTUGAN BELL in front of Buhi New Municipal Building

There are many beliefs that the people in Buhi is from Albay. They say that when the Mayon Volcano erupted the people flee the raging volcano and take shelter to a remote place away from the volcano, and the people settle there for good they call it NAKABUHI which means "escape" later on the place name was shortened and they called it BUHI.

NAKABUHI PARK

The town have many Resort and Hotel you can choose from. And you know what is the best thing?..its very affordable!!!!

Ive been here in this resort, and it is huge and beautiful. Very calm and relaxing.

You will know when you are near the falls because you will feel the sudden changes of air temperature 3 km away you can feel the chilling air and the heavy humidity of environment. The time you arrive at the place you will see a huge place. the fog surrounding it. At first it will make you feel strange but soon you will overcome it.
